Villa Hannah is a bright and well-maintained holiday home located in the peaceful seaside community of Kapparis, within the sought-after Blue Water Bay Village. With sea views, all-day sunshine, and just a 5-minute walk to local sandy beaches, it's an ideal choice for a relaxing family getaway.
The villa offers great outdoor space and privacy, featuring a mature garden, a shaded wooden pergola, a private swimming pool, sun loungers, outdoor dining furniture, a built-in BBQ, and gated off-road parking. It's a lovely spot for enjoying long sunny days together, whether you're swimming, reading, or dining al fresco.
Set over two levels, the ground floor has an open-plan layout with a spacious lounge area, comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV with international channels, WiFi, air conditioning, and a fireplace. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with everything needed for family cooking. There's also a ground-floor bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe space, and direct access to the back garden through sliding doors.
