At the ground floor, there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, and a large satellite TV. On the same floor, there is also a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. A staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two more master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a large balcony where you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the sea. All bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds and closets. All bathrooms in the residence have a modern design and are equipped with high-quality bathroom amenities. A washing machine is also provided. Outdoors, there is a 28 sq m. private swimming pool with deck chairs where you can relax under the Cretan sun and prepare a meal in the stone barbecue. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden with local plants. A parking space for your car is also available. Housekeeping is provided twice a week (or upon request). A baby cot and high chair are available on request without charge. Check out is 11:00 latest, and check in is 15:00. Check in and check out can be made without a person-to-person contact (upon request)

Plakias village is located 36 km south of the town of Rethymno (approximately 40 min. by car). You can reach our residences either by Chania Airport (approximately 90 min. by car) or Heraklion Airport (approximately 120 min. by car).
Plakias is built at the exit of a rich valley, surrounded by tall mountains and dense olive groves. Most of the houses are located near the small port of Plakias, surrounding the big arc-shaped bay. If you are fascinated by the panoramic view of the sea, you can visit the small village of Myrthios, up on the cliffs above Plakias, with an amazing view of it.
A panoramic view is also offered from Sellia, another small village near Plakias.
At Plakias village, you will find everything you need, as there are a lot of shops and supermarkets, rental and tourist offices.
