Air conditioning Is Extra If Required. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and bug screened windows and awnings in every window, the villa is very cool.

The estate is located on the outskirts of Anavissos town in a very quiet and peace full area only 3 minutes from the sea the beeches marinas and the traditional seafood taverns. 1km from Anavissos town center with all the shopping dining cafes pubs banks post office etc.
