This luxury villa is 155 sq. m on two levels and it offers all kind of modern comforts, functionality, beauty and tranquility.

The villa consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one en-suite, one shared and one guests' WC), all of them have air conditioning and offer unobstructed panoramic sea or mountain views and direct access to the pool and the upper level terraces and patio. One master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom accessible by wheelchair with toilet and shower support rails.
Another bathroom has a bathtub by the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, ideal for getting rid of all the troubles.
Inside, the wide windows create a bright ambience while constantly reminding you of the breathtaking beachfront surroundings. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances.
The living room features an impressive home theatre with an HD projector, blue-tooth Blue-ray media player and Apple TV allowing you to seamlessly stream content from any device. The same powerhouse can be found in the upper level master bedroom.

Rental rules
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 90 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay: 4 nights; 5 nights in June, 1st half of July 2nd half of august and September; 7 nights 2nd half of July and 1st half of August.

A security deposit of € 1.500 must be paid by wire transfer at the time of the remaining fee payment and i twill be refunded in full within 10 days from departure provided that no lo damage or loss is incurred.
